would have thought the following-any one of the keepers, Woodman, Baldwin - cos of his injury,Tilson and JK, cos they never seem to get a game,Butterfield - age, ditto Oakley and also McAllister and Morrison,Reid cos he's injury prone,Cummins, cos he s pends most of the time on the floor= god have I left any one in -? Would fall over backwards to keep Wheeler, but would play hims

so. when doas a contract mean anything, saying that i must admit to b thinking he was 20 plus, and thinking he's just to small ,but at 18 he could still shoot up a few inches he defo needs it if he's gonna get anywhere near establishing himself.

Hamon, aged 19 - I'd put him out on loan for the season to toughen him up. He looks like a kid who's won a competition, rather than a pro-footballer.
Pym, aged 19 - keep.

Defenders
Butterfield, 35 - get rid.
Woodman, 32 - keep
Baldwin, 32 - keep
Riberio, 25 - absolutely keep.
McAllister, 36 - coach, squad player at best.
Moore-Taylor, 21 - keep.
Riley Lowe, 19 - keep.
Tillison, 21 - probably get rid of.

Midfield
Bennett, 24 - keep
Sercombe, 24 - keep
Oakley, 37 - retire.
Keohane, 24 - get rid. He's been with us for what, three, four years now? If he's not an established first-teamer by now, he never will be.
Davies, 30 - keep
Noble, 33 - keep
Wheeler, 24 - absolutely keep. And occasionally play him from the start.
Pope, 19 - keep.
Harley, 30 - get rid. He's not the sane Ryan as four years ago, and I can't see him getting back to that level.
McCready, 23 - never seen him, but I'm working on the assumption that if he wasn't playing regularly for Morecambe, we shouldn't keep him.

Forwards
Reid, 20 - give him a one year deal, with an expectation he'll play a minimum of 20 games.
Nichols, 21 - keep.
Nichols, 27 - keep. If he stays fit, he'll score a boatload next season.
Jay, 18 - keep.
Watkins, 19 - keep.
Cummins, 27 - get rid.
Morrison, 35 - keep. Help with the coaching, useful guy to have in the squad.

I'd give him another season. It would be interesting to see what a pre-season would do with us.

Beyond me why people want to keep Baldwin. He's ****e and completely crocked, but I guess as long as he's a nice guy that doesn't matter? Also, know for a fact our best centre-back, JMT despises playing with him and much prefers playing with Bennett at centre-back.
