The team photo looks like it was taken Bramall Lane,Sheffield in 1979.

That shirt is super rare.A well known city fan(Taff)who is a collector paid a few hundred quid for one about 3 years ago.

I should hope it is............ City in Argiggle green. Whoever made that decision wants burning at the stake!!!

I have to say, not being around really back then, that the first face that hit me was John Delves and I thought why have we got an Argyle team pho..

The usual defeat at Elm Park continues.
I was just looking up the stats against Reading,there were as I expected.Won 23 Drawn 13 Lost 47

After being regular opposition since Southern League days-1908.The Grecians have not met Reading since Jan 1994.

Almost exactly 44 years to the day(28th Jan) Leicester were beaten again at SJP in the FAC 4th Round.
Other similarity,The Foxes were in the 1st Division & were relegated at the end of the season following defeats to the Grecians.
