So what do the letters after Tony Rowe’s name stand for?

obstinate. I am sure there must be an appropriate word beginning with b...

The season ticket price hike for youngsters is just one example where the money grabbing chiefs are more concerned about their wallets and not their supporters, they have let them down and their image is now slightly tarnished !

And still no expression of sympathy to the people who were turned away or even real expression of regret let alone apology. Just hard-nosed self-exculpation and passing the buck to Flybe managers who can't defend themselves. Sad.

If I'd drafted a statement like that when I was Director of Communications to a major organisation, the CE would have told me to start again with a bit more empathy. Reflects badly on Mr. Rowe.

Not a Proper Chap.

Must admit the original action was crass, but Tony Rowe's interview was worse! What a terrible message he is sending out here. It's all about the money

Very poor show from The Chiefs. Really surprised they did not close it down by publicly apologising and offering free tickets to the affected individuals for their next big match. That would have killed off the negative PR in the short term. Very surprising stance from them.

Going mental at wembley row 131 between seats 234-
Whats the value of free advertising to a company that no longer exists?
you've missed my point, Flybe had obviously paid for the shirts upfront! So its not as if the club had received nothing from Flybe, therefore should have just honoured the tickets.

Anyway I think you lot are being unduly harsh on Mr Rowe. I mean he does have standards to uphold and those Flybe people don't even have jobs. Obviously you can't start allowing the unemployed into Sandy Park - it's not Rugby League after all.

Perhaps Mr Rowe sought Prince Andrew for some PR advice.

City have offered free tickets to ex-Flybe staff for the Scunthorpe match next Tuesday.
