I remember him playing in the pre season friendly at Torquay and he had a blinder (think he mentions this in the interview) but I also remember the Colchester game. Really don’t know what he was doing! Mental.

Andy obviously passed on the Goalkeeper genes to his son Freddie.
Freddie is 25 now, was at Newcastle until this summer, that included some first team appearances but a lot of loans.
He was England’s Keeper when they won the Under 20s World Cup in 2017.
I don’t think Freddie will be coming here any time soon though even if his Dad bags the top job, as he recently signed for a fee for 3 years at Championship Preston.
