"It is appalling that I broke my own strict rules that were designed to protect the NHS and save lives whilst the riff raff were all locked up at home, but, hey ho,
that beaujolais 1928 was spiffingly good".
Not been able to source a 1928 vintage for some time :(

A bit of light relief is welcome de temps en temps on these "heavy subject matter" threads and you Mr G2K are a master of that noble art. (y)
Oi.
As a loyal and trusty socialist I've been accused of many unfair things.
But never "Noble".
Even if you had prefixed it with "David" I would have still taken exception.
So I expect at least a humble apology in the Exeweb parliament sirrah. Otherwise I shall be calling for your resignation.

It's alright. The 1922 version goes down nicely - until it turns bitter and vomits him out.

It's like a lunch break at a speed awareness course.

Durham looked like much more fun!
Two thirds of people believe Boris Johnson should resign given the findings from Sue Gray’s report into Partygate, according to a snap poll from Savanta ComRes.

A senior Tory MP tells @politicshome: "Today is the day he [Johnson] got in the clear, but also the day when I realised we will lose the next general election"

May I be Boris-like and wriggle out of this by calling you a loyal and trusty supporter of the noble Socialist cause ?

That's actually a very good Michael Gove impression.

"Now team. We've been caught out with lazy cutting and pasting before. So if you could just spare a few seconds and move the words around just a little that would be great."
