The process was put in place and overseen by the club's recruitment specialist who if he is still in place masquarades as the club's Chief Executive Officer. Perhaps you could contact him and ask him for a fans Forum to explain the process to us all. I'm sorry to say that as we havent heard anything from him for about six months I have yet again forgotton his name
Be clear that person was Nick Hawker and Peter Ferlie, as recorded on fans forums. The person making the change now would be Jeremy Tipper and the ECFCST Trust Chair is Clive Harrison at present and may change on Monday.

As evidenced in the Trust election results. Trust Members are satisfied with the status quo.
In election that was rushed and not dealt with the original issues, still outstanding from the first election. Why did that happen? That costs us around £2k. With a candidate Doug Giillard stating on 'Exeweb', that he was thown under the bus, it was clearly done as an attempt to get better candidates to stand and elected. The same old faces, with history of being part of the so-called 'village committee' are still in place.

Be very clear the persons responsible for the appointment was paid a CEO called Nick Hawker and Peter Ferlie was involved in the interview process, all confirmed in recorded fans forums. The appointed a manager with no commitment to the area or links, even after 12-months, his personal decisions circumstances have been setup for him to be dismissed and take his compensation. They say we gave him a five year contract, no doubt that will be disputed, in a club that is seriously lacking in fan engagement and control. The manager has family home 220 miles away and his commitment to the area is zero - they say he thought Exeter was near Brighton. The ECFCST continue to say he was the best option. Further to add the ECFCST membership database is provided by VERY CONNECT and the account manager was 'Nick Hawker' as stated by Kyle White of the business, when members of the membership had a demonstration. Clearly we don't use all the functionality of the software, it has event management, extensive report management and email broadcast facilities and non-responsive email reports, with easy download to CSV file for outputs for a basic analyst. You have to ask how 548 emails went astray in the first election, and also why there has not been a concluded 'routine'' candidate review - they have not done this before! Other systems are not utilised effectively also, (Trust Portal) feel free to review LINKEDIN and review people's work experience and draw your own conclusions. This ECFCST is not engaging with fans and seeks to maintain the status quo. The manager is clearly not committed!
What are you rambling on about now? Frankly, you're coming across as a conspiracy-loving loon.

A bit like a GE really, Those who choose not to vote (If they're a member) unfortunately end up with perhaps the result they didn't want. In a GE those who shout about how crap a Government is but they say they never vote etc really can't complain, You have that power of a vote use it (Again, If you're a member) The turnout was something like 37%? i think i read, Somehow you really have to engage that other 63% and ask why they didn't vote.
It’s because I’d imagine most people joined the trust at the beginning when we thought it was the end of the club and this was the way forward. Unfortunately certain people have been dining out on it ever since and have done very well out of it by association. Their media presence knows no bounds when someone is needed to show it can be done a different way and how refreshing it is to be different from the rest with their here today gone tomorrow money. Most people couldn’t give two hoots who’s running the club until the results go off a cliff and then suddenly everyone wants answers to why it’s crap and obviously someone to blame.
The most telling thing is we just had a democratic process and an ideal opportunity to remove the chief protagonist in the disastrous manager appointment saga. So what happens?! He’s voted in again…….. I voted for him because unfortunately it’s better the devil you know and we know what happens when outsiders get control, especially when they have no money and don’t mind helping themselves to your money. So it’s business as usual with Caldwell plotting our relegation out the League altogether in a sustainable way obviously…….

Having 6"3 and 6"4 centre backs in Saliba and Gabriel who attack the ball doesn't half help though. We only really had Cheick yesterday and he isn't massively tall for a centre back but does compete. Aimson is the only other centre back who actually attacks the ball from corners and he was on the bench. Zac has scored from a corner, from 18 yards thumped into the top corner 😉 but missed a load of easier chances earlier in the season with his head. I think of all Sweenz's goals over the years, I can remember a couple from corners that he headed in. He did make space for himself for that one at the end that Cole whipped in.

It isn't exactly a recent development under Caldwell either. Matt used to go on about the lack of goals from centre backs as well, probably as he himself was so handy at it. When you look at the promotion season, we had one from Cheick (at Walsall) and those two in one game for Stubbs from corners. Apart from that I am struggling to remember many more.

There is a place for short corners, and yesterday might have been a case in point against a big physical defence with not a great record ourselves. But it should have been much more mixed up. The one thing I thought Cambridge did well or at least differently than other teams this season, was to commit players to the short corner. It was always three on three or four on four. Other sides this season have rarely committed more than two players and we have had plenty of three on two situations that we have mostly worked the ball into the area.
I pine for the days of Shaun Taylor and Jim McNicholl.

I appreciate your commitment to our club very much and your tenacity to improve it’s governance.
But I’m sorry, I don’t really understand what you’re trying to say.
Maybe it’s me, but unfortunately I don’t think it is.

Mike Balson and Jimmy Giles: Balson flicked it on at the near post and Giler ploughed it in at the far post.
