Sometimes when people give feedback, they tend to give either just positive comments (halos) or just negative comments (horns) when often the truth will be somewhere in the middle.

Sad news, my grandparents house overlooks the ground. Wish I'd gone more often rather than watching them from the conservatory!

I like the idea of this but all the comments seem very one sided. Were there any negative comments or any that dealt with potential weaknesses? It'd be good if the features avoided the 'halos or horns' feedback. Just my opinion like, enjoyed the read and will look forward to the next one.

Re: City make a profit for the last financial tear! :S Well making a profit is good, not disputing that. But if the budget was to make say £200,000 it doesn't look so good. Without windfall we'd have lost nearly £700,000 If it were me I'd link player wages to average attendance.

You're correct, a better business plan would be to phone you during the day when you'll be at work :) On second thoughts, going by your second annoyance maybe daytime calling would be fine.
