It's not being able to plan anything. Instead of going to Jordan next month we're off to Norfolk, probably. The trip to Jordan will now be next September. We'd like to come down to Exeter for Xmas and see my family, but we can't be sure that will be allowed or even of we'll be allowed to see the family.

I have the first week in January booked as leave, the plan was to go to the Lake District and take in the Barrow game on the 2nd. But that can't happen. My company likes us to book our holidays as soon as possible so that they can be managed across the year, but that is no good if you've got no idea when we can travel to places. 2 weeks in Egypt for the wife's birthday is unlikely to happen.

I also miss trips around England visiting places ahead of an away day.

Mind you the bank balance is looking better than it normally is!
Think you have it in one Hants, The not being able to plan anything because we just don't know what will be happening. Very frustrating!

As regards flags, as well as flying our national versions this will include the burning of that awful EU drapeau
You wish to insult 27 nations by publicly burning their flag ? A symbol of peace, cooperation and prosperity ?

Smart move, Al, let's insult our largest trading partner just weeks before Biden takes office !

Would be very surprised if our Nige ever did pull such a stunt, considering the big fat pension the toerag will be drawing for the rest of his natural.

Hallowe’en is gonna be cancelled, this is a good thing.
Firework night is cancelled, I’ll buy some sparklers
Christmas I’ll cook a roast for less people.
It’ll be fine.

Off work next week and would prefer not to spend the week at home. Kew Gardens are open and we'd love to revisit, but can't work out whether travelling there (by car) is permissible.

There's a rumour that unnecessary car journeys could invalidate your insurance.

The current roolz say that you can travel a short distance to exercise but they also talk about this being travel to a public place, e.g. a park or the beach, rather than an attraction. You could put some gardening tools in the boot and say you're going to work though.
