The Devon County Show at The Whipton Showground(Exeter Arena)
I remember a circus being there in the 60s.

The Friday of the County Show was a unofficial day off at my school.Though you needed a parental note.
By the time I got there, the school used to warn everyone over that Friday afternoon to attend class but always with an underlying resignation. The pupils opinion was more along the lines of "what are they going to do, suspend the whole school" 😂😂😂

Shortly to be replaced by "Why have they released X and kept Y ?" threads.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Annuals for young teenagers like..
Rambo: First Blood Part Two had people ripped apart courtesy of explosive-tipped arrows.Rambo character killed 58 people onscreen and a fairly bold and antagonistic approach to US-Soviet relations at the height of the Cold War.
So,good choice for a children's annual then..🤣

"Squarial" satellite TV aerials from BSB. We're rendered defunct in 1993, when the signal from Marcopolo satellites were switched off.

Made by several manufacturers, the first of which was STC in Paignton.
