Don't come across the cheese on cocktail sticks with a lump of pineapple stuck on top either, always the bastion of a well set out table of festive nibbles.
Chuck a few pickled silverskin onions on there too, and arrange the whole thing on a tinfoil-wrapped grapefruit half.
