Genuinely shocked some are saying no Penalty, Oakley gets wrong side after being beaten and takes the man down, another ref would have produced red, clumsy and costly.

Don't know what the hell Ribs was at with their first though him and Davies either asleep or admiring each others hair while Reid nipped in between them. one of them should have been on him like a limpet. Someone needs to take charge at the back and start barking out orders...its not rocket science.

We need to start winning the battles man to man all over the field and at the moment (and for the last 6 or 7 games ) no one is.

It was almost as if we were scared to tackle Plymouth in case we hurt them....just too bloody nice and they all need to man up big time...bunch of jesses!
its all about the fair play, just think how winning that in consecutive seasons will look on his cv when he gets that interview for the Chelsea job

Not so angry now and perhaps able to make a more objective reflection of the game.

O.K First half not great but an open game and one in which we seemed to be finding our feet.

Second half we came out with good spirit and seemed to be up for it, as long as the game remained open we'd have a chance with Wheeler coming on and able to get beyond the Green defence. I was surprised we persevered with Morrison but he was doing well in his job of trying to hold the ball up. Their penalty came when we were on top and pushing up, they caught us on the break.

When the sending off came I felt certain that our growing superiority would take us to victory. I think that was a common feeling amongst our fans and when our seemingly good goal was disallowed there were few voices raised in protest. The goals would surely come. With ten men on the pitch Argyle made their sub, bringing on midfielder for an attacker. They dropped back to protect their goal lead.

Still Wheeler didn't appear and in reality it was too late. Wheeler works best when he can break and use his pace to get beyond defences that are pushing up on us, so often this happens with our bizarre tactic (that seldom works) of only giving him the final 15 minutes. When Wheeler finally came on they scored their third almost immediately and it was game over. There was no way Wheeler or anyone could breach their massed defence.

Verdict- Tisdale was guilty of not using one of our greatest assets correctly and of dithering when an immediate decision needed to be made. He seems to see it as a talent standing there scratching his chin and doing nothing, good managers can make instinctive changes quickly when circumstances dictate that a change is required.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Where we were we just assumed he was offside so accepted it. If it had been clearly on I would have expected a reaction from the end blocks of the wts but if there were I didn't notice.

I think we can make excuses all we like, the fact is, we embarrassed ourselves and we are looking for a way out. 'they' were better in every position, their keeper was better, their defenders were better, their midfielders were better, and their strikers were much better, added to all that, their manager was better.

It's a tough pill to swallow, but making excuses aint gonna get us anywhere.

In need of a brick sh*te house defender, a fast winger and someone who can score goals, not to mention a manager with passion to win and stop defending the 0-0 from kick off. Sadly it won't change anytime soon.

Apparently Luke McCormick kissed his badge as he walked towards the big bank, surprised that hasn't got some of the kids in a tiff. Thought on the whole the abuse for the plymouth keeper was less than last year, probably because of the scoreline mind.
