A bit mean naming the latest variant of Covid after the French President.
It's also an anagram for the word moronic.A bit mean naming the latest variant of Covid after the French President.
You think Macaroon will be given le The Elbow by the good people of France ?It's also an anagram for the word moronic.
The new covid variant, not the soon to be erstwhile French president.
I think it's very difficult for him to lose. You think Macaroon will be given le The Elbow by the good people of France ?
The only danger to the preposterous Macron is that somehow the centre right finds a credible candidate who can squeeze out Le Pen and get into the run off with him.I think it's very difficult for him to lose.
Just like last time, there's every chance it'll go down to him Vs Le Pen, at which point many reluctantly fall behind him just to keep the far right at bay.
I do as it happens. Le Pen and the bloke beginning with Z are splitting the right wing vote. I can see someone else sneaking second and blagging their way past him. Not definite by any stretch but his popularity wanes a tiny bit every day.You think Macaroon will be given le The Elbow by the good people of France ?

Normally Le Pen (Father or Daughter) do well in the first instance then the French people realise they're not the full shilling or say something that screws up their campaign and the more moderate candidate gets in but we are in very strange times. The opposition to Macron is very divided with the formerly influential socialist party reduced to an insignificant rump. Pick the bones out of this but I think a Macron/Le Pen run off is most likely unless the centre right can unite behind a single candidate.
French election polls: who is leading the race to be the next president of France?
Emmanuel Macron and the far-right hopeful Marine Le Pen finished top in the first round of French presidential election. We look at the latest polling as the second round approacheswww.theguardian.com
If you're right, I fear they're lumbering straight into another one!Cannot escape thinking that the latest Covid “crisis” is very useful political cover for Bunter and his untalented ministers from all their recent disasters.
