Currently not making the Chelsea first team squad although probably not due to any deficiency in his play but simply because they have such an incredibly strong squad overall with competition for every place.

Despite this he still seems to be very much in Gigg’s thinking and has been named in the Welsh squad for Thursday’s friendly with Spain.
