Even a medium-sized business like ECFC needs a fair few people to do the work of running the club. One suspects this may reflect inflated job titles as much as over-staffing: if you can't afford to pay high wages, call someone a "manager" or "senior manager" to make them feel wanted...done it myself several times. Do they all have several more junior staff working for them?

They are probably all busy people, doing real work for not very high salaries. The questions to ask are surely what they all do, whether the Club can afford these salaries, and whether they bring in 1.5+ times their salary and oncosts in income the Club wouldn't otherwise have?
