Does Huxtable mistakenly identifying himself as a referee count?

He identifies himself as the reason 4,000-odd people pay to attend a match on a Saturday.

Thanks for that Hants, having run that over and over and slowed the speed down despite what Credy and the other trolls have decreed I can't see anyway that that is a penalty, possibly Troy Brown touched Varneys shirt? But if you are going to penalise goalies for coming out of their goal and punching the ball away why bother having goalies

From this angle it looks even more like a foul by the eventually injured player, which was my original call from the other angle.

As for the clip from that angle, if you stop it as 0:32 and it clearly shows their "mortally wounded little soldier" actually leads in on Pym with the elbow. If any foul and card should have been the other way. No wonder their guy played possum for all that time.

It looks to me like their striker kind of jumped in sideways without any real intention to get the ball while Pym punched the ball out. If anything I think it should be a free kick to City.

As I said before, should have been our free kick. Awful decision by the ref. We were robbed.
