Caldwell out?

How we deal with a manager presiding over a really poor run of results is transcended IMO by the conversation as to whether our current ownership model can change us from being a traditional 4th tier club to operating further up the pyramid.

Well we are operating further up the pyramid right now.

My hope is that this was our rebuild season, GC successfully navigates it and keeps us up, proving the likes of me wrong, we then build on that good base for a more comfortable ride next season.

That would then take us into our 4th season in the third tier. An improvement on our previous foray under Trust ownership, demonstrating that we haven't yet reached the ceiling of this model.

Ha ha! Always hated this thread, hated the title and the premiss that the only real conclusion could be Caldwell out. Hated the fact that fans could change their minds according to the latest result, how could any business operate with it's members opinions being so flimsy.
Hate the thread, never voted on it but as long as it's here I'll post on it to provide some kind of balance. I don't like having people tell me or anyone else how they should be thinking.
