100% agree with this.
Not a sign of GC trying to get rid of all of our academy players and have his own team without any, as has been suggested on another social media page.
This is our way of surviving, and hopefully thriving for years to come.
Yes! We should be immensely proud of our academy. It's not just about the football either, there is an ethos to churn out well rounded people who are also self confident and decent human beings. To that end, if they don't eventually make it as pro footballers, they are well set for a decent career in another field of life.

Archie was always a very nervous person in front of the camera and can feel it again here. But at the end of the day its the football that talks. All the best Archie

Peterborough are a well run club though, even in the same league. I wish him well and hope for the best him!

Not that well run. The owners also own London Road Peterborough Properties Ltd (controlling the ground), which is in receivership over a £6.6 million debt.

Their chairman likes a drink, the manager is a p##k and Barry fry is akin to a used car salesman, having said that, their chairman is quite refreshing with some of his comments, but the ground ownership would be a concern!

Our whole ethos is to bring these players through and make money out of them before they're 24. For all parties Key and Collins had to leave this summer.

Posh ownership is awful. Wouldn't want to ever see people like that near our club, but he does at least put money into their playing budget. So he's a step up from the likes of Russell and Lewis.

What if it's not just about money? He has spenty his entire career at Exeter living in Bridgwater. Perhaps the boy fancies seeing if life is different elsewhere :)
