According to a very good friend who is a Swindon Town supporter he is well in the running to replace Garner.
Your friend has his Matt Taylors muddled up?

Macquire shouldnt be on a pitch let alone in an England shirt on a pitch !
Saka reminds me of Walcott **** he has quick reactions and a hell of a pace.
You knew Grealish would try and get something by going down
First time I've watched Bowen , looks like a good enough player and reads the situation quite well
Sterling as normal missed a couple of chances which were harder to miss than score or pass to another player.

Italy had more players on and 2 off the pitch helping to favour them , even the commentary team were confused at times it was that blatant with the bias towards them.
All in all a dull game

You need new friends.....😃
As you have added a smilie I will take your comment as being good natured…..
in truth I was surprised too.

However below is an extract from a column in the current edition of the Swindon Advertiser:

“Both Exeter City’s Matt Taylor and ex-Swindon player and coach Matthew Taylor are the joint-second favourites for the job following confusion among bookies.”

I will leave it there as only time will tell other than to say anyone who has posted on here earlier suggesting the Club is still a “basket case” are well off the mark.

Loving the boy Stanno
To be fair, KMT always speaks about Swindon in far more glowing terms than I would. He’s always banging on about the fantastic stadium, the brilliant playing surface, the huge crowds, etc. I’d be very disappointed if him going to Swindon came to pass, but nothing in football surprises me nowadays.

Touring Central Java...
Can't see him wamting to make trips to Barrow, Carlisle and Hartlepool again in a hurry. He would only leave it move upwards.
