Played Halifax on this day in 1977 won 1-0(Beer) what was memorable,two Halifax players were sent off in a real brutal assault on the Grecians.
It was unusual in those days to see one dismissal but two players from the same team was almost unheard of.

I've got that programme in my Cup scrap book at my Mum's somewhere.

Thought this was a really exciting game 1:1 draw away at Luton with Jake Taylor putting away in front of the away end and remember Ruben unbelievably lifting one over the crossbar from two yards out that would have put us 2:0 up.

10 Years ago today - One of the better trips to Adams Park...again this was an exciting game with City trailing 2:0 Sercombe fires one into the top corner to give us hope with 20 odd minutes remaining then with less than two minutes on the clock Logan beats the Wycombe keeper in front of an ecstatic away end. Not sure but I think this may have been Stanno’s last appearance?
