I agree with Manc about Baldwin, but for a different reason. I like Baldwin, but Tisdale obviously doesn't and only plays him when others aren't available. So with a small budget why keep him? You can always put Bennet back there. As for the rest, well for me, we need to clear out a lot of them. We won't of course.

Bye Bye to TISDALE, Butterfield, Oakley (keep as Manager not player ?), Woodman, McAllister, Davies, Jay, Cummins, Morrison and maybe one from Noble/Harley. I have heard that both Sercs and Baldwin wish to pursue pastures new and I can't decide on the Goalies. The money released by the above should surely provide enough dough to sign 3 or 4 better quality players. I'll keep on saying it OUR BUDGET IS SPREAD TOO THINLY ON OLD JOURNEYMEN.

For me, I would get 3 quality players (not freebies or older players) and pay good money for all. I would pay for them out of combining some of the Grimes money, and releasing 9 players
I would buy 1 tall and decent CB, I would buy a proven left sided midfielder, and I would buy another proven forward (a tall one)
I would get rid of as follows (assuming we can, don't know what contracts they are on ?)
McAllister (sorry mate, not sure why we got you in the first place)
Tillson
Baldwin (not the future)
McReady (sorry mate, don't know enough about you)
Oakley (too old now)
Harley (sorry, but the Swindon fan forum appear to be right)
Jay
Morrison
Cummins
Youth to make up the 6 shortfall, up front I would rely on Nichols, Ollie, Reid, Wheeler and a new proven tall bloke
Easy this management stuff isn't it :)

Can we choose to get rid of some Exewebbers whilst we're at it?

Which Exewebbers should not be kept on for 2014-2015?

It's a bit late for that Andrew but I doubt I'd be on many retained lists for next season, 2015-16;).

I'd get rid of these then possibly Oakley, and McCready and any youngsters who don't make the cut too.

Butterfield, 35
Woodman, 32
Baldwin, 32
McAllister, 36
Tillison, 21
Morrison, 35

Nowadays you can get good players who are out of contract, without paying transfer fees. It will be a different situation in the summer for Tis (from last year) as he'll have a few bob in his pocket to compete with other clubs in terms of wages to attract new players.
