The ceiling heights on the new changing rooms look good! Any comments from those that doubted it?

The height looks acceptable but I'd like to reserve judgement until I visit in person. What I'm not impressed with are the two showers for 18 players in the away section. Even Honiton Town when I first started playing for them as a 14 year old in 1957 had six showers!

Maybe there are more on the side walls, you just can't see them in the photo?

Good point though - we needed someone to take offence on behalf of the opposition players who may have to wait a few minutes for a shower.

Tisdale out.

They are far too bright couldn't we have used more environmentally friendly lighting ? Candles would help aswell to soothe whole ambience prior to kickoff.

City will be forced to play at Barton Fields using sweaters as goal posts..
Mike, you will be pleased to know that Barton playing fields now have goal posts, in fact yesterday there were 5 pitches in use, all with goal posts! :D

Didn't Torquay do something similar many years ago?

Thanks for the update. Used to play there in the Great John Stocker Junior Boys School football team. They did have posts then, it's true.

Used to play rugby down there with the school, hated every minute,we never played football once,at john stocker, most of the pe teachers were rugger mad, including a Welshman called Clarke who hated everything about football and you mentioned it at your peril !!
