The history of the Old Grandstand https://www.exetercityfc.co.uk/news/2017/october/farewell-old-friend/
The height looks acceptable but I'd like to reserve judgement until I visit in person. What I'm not impressed with are the two showers for 18 players in the away section. Even Honiton Town when I first started playing for them as a 14 year old in 1957 had six showers! The ceiling heights on the new changing rooms look good! Any comments from those that doubted it?
They are far too bright couldn't we have used more environmentally friendly lighting ? Candles would help aswell to soothe whole ambience prior to kickoff. The ceiling heights on the new changing rooms look good! Any comments from those that doubted it?
Mike, you will be pleased to know that Barton playing fields now have goal posts, in fact yesterday there were 5 pitches in use, all with goal posts!City will be forced to play at Barton Fields using sweaters as goal posts..

Thanks for the update. Used to play there in the Great John Stocker Junior Boys School football team. They did have posts then, it's true.Mike, you will be pleased to know that Barton playing fields now have goal posts, in fact yesterday there were 5 pitches in use, all with goal posts!
