Another free weekend on Saturday 7 January as Wycombe humiliate Chesterfield 5-0.
I've been at that game today and humiliate is the correct word, 8 0 would not have been unfair.
Chesterfield a club in crisis with debts of £9 million.
Although Chesterfield were woeful I was surprised how good Wycombe were.

potentially a bit of a nightmare on the cash flow front. Only one of the three Christmas/New Year games at SJP and then the following Saturday's home game is off.

If bad weather results in postponement of the homegame on 2 Jan, then we have a grand total of two home games in the nine weeks in Dec/Jan, neither of them over the festive period...

Fair chance it will be off down there mind given all the trees around the pitch and given it's right on the river
Pitch was fine and so was the three points after 6-3 victory. Two points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand.

Here and there
A very entertaining 4-3 win for Tivvy at Ladysmead this afternoon with another (proper) hattrick for Levi Landricombe including a top drawer free kick. Just a pity there were only 146 present to witness it.

I don't think the club are too bothered about attendances and associated income these days, given some of Taggs farcical replies to some of the questions posed at the fans forum.

St Austell have a player called Tornado Bello, it's just a shame that he's not all that good!

irrespective of decining no's , absolutly no gate income for potentially 9 weeks really could be serious problem for cash flow,u reckon it'll mean another short term loan?

Thought we're healthy.....the club needs results more than cash flow at the moment!
