Another important and good move, notwithstanding that it is to a division lower than might have been expected (though dropping to three levels below League Two didn’t do Jordan Storey much harm..)

The problem seems to be that there are very few suitable Conference South teams to choose from. We've already sent Alex Hartridge to Bath which realistically only leaves Chippenham and Weymouth, neither of them may be in the market for a centre half/ defensive midfielder.

Will's corner leads to a Truro goal, their only one of the match in a win over Swindon Supermarine.

We are reticent to send "developing" players to Conference South level due to the general requirement for the loanees to have to train with those clubs. Lower down they don't have to. I guess we value being able to control the training of these youngsters. A policy that has paid dividends in the past.

Martin, Thanks for that clarification; it explains why most of our youngsters go on loan elsewhere.

That is quite an accolade when you are 19 and on loan. It may be three divisions below League Two but it shows Will isn’t that far from challenging for a first team place
