Troys a class defender, and agree that he will be the next player to leave. But much prefer him as a CB than a CM. His distribution can be poor at times

He knows Dunny is not a winger.
He knows Dunny is being played out of position.
He has no alternatives at the moment!

dunne is not a winger but he has the running and work effort that we need for a player playing there and therefore he is our best fit, i would like to see tis use troy as a forward late on in the game like we use to do with matt taylor

We had no alternatives last year, but played a formation to suit the players i.e 3.5.2 with wing backs.

If I remember correctly we finished 8th, with Dunne playing as a CM all season.

Which never worked once we'd left the Conference...

I do find this all a bit odd. Firstly who was our right mf last year - we didn't really have one apart from Tully getting forward.

Secondly who is the corresponding player being played out of position on the left and inspiring threads called "Tisdale - xxxxxx is not a winger"? Nobody.

So why is it that we feel we have to confine someone to the right side of midfield and not the left? And why has this happened this season yet didn't last year? Is it something to do with the different roles of Golbourne and Tully? Do they have different roles?

Can I just ask (again) - what's a winger?
