Football Focus had an interesting segment today regarding Stockport and their manager. He had been very successful before he took over at Stockport, with regular promotions at non league level.

If we do start looking for a new manager, perhaps we should headhunt successful non league managers, rather than playing the merry go round process of appointing someone with league experience, but with little prolonged success records.

It would cost though. That's the problem.

Imagine doing a really poor job at work and getting paid a stupid amount of money to leave. Football is an odd world!

Whilst Truro are in the bottom 4 of the national south they are managed by Paul Wotton, Tully has been out of a role since 2017 after being replaced as manager of Truro by Lee Hodges.
Tully is the Professional Development coach at Bristol Rovers
