Agree with above comments. The silence is very worrying... Are second rounds of interviews really going to clear things up? What are we realistically going to learn from another interview with similar questions? What's going on?

I am as desperate for us to make an appointment as anyone else and agree that the longer it lingers the more damage it is doing to our league campaign but moaning on Exeweb isn't going to make a blind bit of difference.
