After being on a health kick since January, I was told then by the nurse who informed me i had diabetes, Really shocked me that so i was determined to do something about it, 3 months later she informed me my diabetes count was well below what was considered to be the level, 48. I got it down to 36 and today, After starting this back in January i was a XXXL in my T shirt size, I got into an old L size one and have room in it, I'm well chuffed with that and hopefully 
When i see the nurse again later this month that diabetes count is still low and i'll be officially diabetes free.

Sorry to ruin the thread with my ugly mug but this is me taken earlier this afternoon, Haven't a "Before" photo, The T Shirt I'm wearing (that fits again now) was when i did the Eastleigh 10k in 2017, Hoping to do the 2023 10k if i can get totally fit again, Sort of goal to go for.
