POSITION AT THE HALF WAY POINT

HH12 has led for a fair bit of the journey but plenty of challengers are tucked in close behind.

All still to play for

As I have a work day it be a bit quieter.

A question will be put up at approx 11:00 and I will look in during the day if I can

Is this the first "Couldn't Give A Toss" Tuesday?

I would like to appeal my half point award for Colin Appleton as it was posted after the 5 minute mark. My previous guess was Appleton which I (like FBH) thought was a Devon village. On consideration and without any prompting I had another totally independent guess which was Colin Appleton (this was nor an edit) This guess was made after the 5 min mark. What is the reasoning behind my point reduction?

I can see the QM rearing up at this.

The QM just doesn’t like you?

Oh no I'm sure the ref will check with VAR, see my original post and then realise that my unedited second post came in after the 5 minute period had elapsed and before his own prompt. Thread started at 9:53, correct answer at 9:59 1 point, dems da roolz.

Be interesting to see how hot the Quizmater and his assistant referees are on dissent. I have a question for the Quizmater: is the one punt per post rule still in force or was that just for the Quick Fire round?

Or perhaps it is the first of "a little less of Tim on Tuesdays" :)
