Shamal George for Colchester might be a better look. 24 year old. Looked good against us recently.
Jokul is young enough to improve and step up with us. Pym would be a temporary stop gap untill Lee is ready if he signed, I think Pym and City isn't a good match for either us or Pym, time for him to move on.

I don't think signing Jokul would be considered by most as us standing still. I think it would create a lot of buzz at bringing in a young player with plenty of experience for his age and plenty of time to improve.
