The lunatics are still running the asylum..

The Shadow Scottish Secretary will be the MP from Rochdale not the only Labour MP in Scotland:D

Daft grudge by the look of it.

They still have a Labour MP in Scotland, You'd thought he or she might be better suited to the job

These days Corbyn reminds me of the old Gracie Fields song: "He's Dead But He Won't Lie Down".

Simon Jenkins, always worth reading whether you agree with him or not
"More notable were classic pillars of the populist agenda. There were anti-immigrant measures, with a blatant pandering to xenophobia against low-paid migrants. There were bills on that hardy perennial, getting tough on crime. Johnson-Cummings know that longer sentences play no role in combating drugs and gangland crime. The new populism cares nothing for evidence, simply for what people claim to want. The social scientist is dead. The pollster is king."

Or to quote Dennis Hopper in Waterworld:

“Well I’ll be damned it’s the gentleman guppy. He’s like a turd that won’t flush”

I think it's time the obsession with Corbyn should end (it's a bit like the obsession with Tisdale after he left).
Our Tory friends need not worry: he:s a goner, and whether he still has influence or not makes little difference- I see no candidate sensible enough or strong enough to make a dent in Tory rule.
The only hope is that Johnson' government will be so bad and so dictatorial that eventually the people will reject him.
He is a wolf in sheep's clothing who is already on the warpath to decimate any laws which protect the working man and will do his best to introduce Draconian laws to restrict freedom of speech and any criticism of him.
With Trump almost certainly on the way to winning the next US election I'm afraid that a new, transatlantic rigid, authoritarian axis of evil is about to be born.
Dissenters, minorities and the poor will be in for a very hard time.
