Are you asking if a PM should resign on winning a majority at a GE?
Theresa May did!

Here's a hypothetical for you, Britain Elects reckon that based on current polling a GE tomorrow would result in a Conservative majority of 4. In those circumstances, should/would Johnson carry on?
errr...most sitting PMs see out their term behind in the polls. Are you very young per chance?

That's one of the hypothetical options, yes.

Err, that's completely irrelevant.

Considering Cameron and May both carried on without gaining an overall majority, if BJ were able to win a GE it would be difficult to imagine him not carrying on if he wanted to. Whether his party chose to get rid is another matter of course.
We also need to factor in the extrapolation you quoted does not allow for the new boundary changes.

One man's boundary tinkering, can always be construed as gerrymandering by another ! :(

Naturally. But are you telling me it's fair that the Isle of Wight has 113,000 constituents whereas Na h-Eileanan an Iar has only 21,000? A vote in Na h-Eileanan an Iar is therefore over 5 times more powerful than one from the Isle of Wight. This goes a long way to explain the strength of the SNP.

What does everyone think about Gordon Browns budget?

I thought it odd that Gordon had been dubbed with Tony Blair's voice and it was all completed under a banner of a conservative budget.

All the more reason to split areas into council areas and vote PR and get the correct amount of mps

Tory tanks well and truly on Labour’s lawn. 👍
