“18 months online sexist, racist and Islamophobic abuse” you believe to be red on red action ? Wild guess - its the angry people, losing control.
Oh I see your point now, it’s not only left leaning female politicians who get this sort of online abuse Elgy.
Even one of your fellow progressives on here thought it appropriate somehow to call our female Home Secretary a “witch” a month or two back I seem to recall.
Angry online responses are not solely the preserve of the right as you well know.

Funding has been cut with no progressive plan for years by the Scottish Government for agencies working on the issue.

In the meantime you can park a car for free in Scotland’s Hospital Car Parks, then pop into town to do a bit of shopping.
It’s the perils of making your spending priorities overtly political Olds.
So much of what Holyrood does is about highlighting the difference in what Scotland does to England, all designed to further the cause of independence of course.
Think what Scotland could do if it shifted the emphasis away from subsidising middle class kids university fees to tackling their horrendous public health challenges in cities like Glasgow.

You forget Elgy, if it isn't johnny foreigner taking from the UK, it's those damned commun...sorry, socialists.
Not wrong, imp. Over time they’ve been persuaded that sharing their rock, their ‘sovereignty’, their inheritance or their ‘money’ is bad, yet the ruling class siphoning and spaff of billions is accepted, often unquestionably.

Effective Propaganda is as amazing, as it is troubling.

Equating a throwaway indirect comment resulting fm perceived ‘wicked’ behaviour in public office with direct personal abuse based on gender, race or faith ?

False equivalence, Tav !

Them’s your (and G2K’s) rules Elgy, the “throwaway remark” defence no longer exists.
The left created this environment where all nuance is lost, you need to own it Old Boy. 😁

Pretty damning stats today about drugs deaths in Scotland.Top of the European League in that grim statistic & far worse many times over than any other region of the UK.
The usual platitudes & empty statement from the SNP at Holyrood today,World leaders in that(& that is saying something with what goes on at Westminster)
Indeed. But no doubt Krankie will try to blame Boris, Westminster and the English.

Could be a plan but surely she's not allowed to travel to France at the moment?

I hope so DB, it’ll be a sign we’re moving on from the global health emergency.

I do wonder however if there will be a renewed bounce for BJ if his brave decision to lift restrictions a fortnight ago is met with a continued drop in infections. Many on the left were giving him pelters two weeks ago for being reckless, Carol Codswallop even it called it a murderous decision I seem to recall. 🙄
