Recall Thurs evenings think it was Top of the Pops and The Man from UNCLE, mid 1960s. Just about everyone watched and talked about it next day.

For me he will always be remembered as Illay Kuryakin in The Man From UNCLE , my favourite tv show of the 1960’s .

At the height of his UNCLE fame he landed the job as Judas in The Greatest Story Ever Told, strangely there were more young girls sobbing in their seats when Judas died than when JC was killed!
