Problem with that is that banning him, even if he did request it will count towards a possible life without parole sentence. Wouldn't 'suspended' be more appropriate under the circs?

No-ones going to be banned permanently for ASKING to be banned. There are far bigger fish to fry.

He (WMM) may have "asked" to be banned, but we wouldn't just do it without posts that are punishable with infraction points. The previous "meltdown" was when he lost it with me and started hurling abuse at me as a result, earning himself enough infraction points to be invited to take a little holiday.
