Success is not just about the quality of the squad, it's as much about whether you can make the best of what you have to work with and whether you can get them to play for one another rather than for themselves. It's exactly that trick where I think Tis will gain ground on a significant number of the opposition this season.

And, wherever we finish, I really believe it will be ahead of the Gargoyles....

Maybe, we should just let Poults tell us what he meant Maxie, always assuming he's into semantics...

And I'll think you'll find that ******** wasn't being objective. Obviously.

Let's have a look at the first sentence

"I think we are in better shape at the start of this season than we were at the start of last."

Oh.
Your are as thick as f*ck aren't you Max.

I feel = subjective

I think = objective

Perhaps you had better stick to colouring in.

Without question, that's a true story, and so it should be.

I too am feeling positive but have no idea how things will pan out. Being a miserable fecker, i do have some sort of niggling doubt at the back of my mind. There's something about the balance of the squad which troubles me.

I think that's probably the root cause, but it's more than that.

We're missing something somewhere, but i haven't worked out what yet.

Could Lionel Messi be the missing piece of our jigsaw ?

Charlton clearly have a much reduced budget this season & have lost some good players, they should still maintain a top half of the table position, but I don't see them challenging.
hmmm... I wouldn't write off Charlton yet, Buders! They have a reasonable squad still, and today got Mattie Fry from West Ham on loan.

I'm sorry for elbowing in on your argument but it seems you require an objective opinion.

I = subjective

It = objective

e.g.
I think/ I feel that the sun is hot - subjective
The sun is hot - objective
