I’ve already posted this on the managers forum,didn’t realise it was on here,looks like the Crawley owners don’t want someone who says it as it is,it will be there loss,because although yems isn’t everyone’s cup of tea,he knows his way around the lower leagues

Should probably have been fired long ago. I certainly wouldn’t expect to last long in my job if I showed the same sort of rude and disrespectful attitude.

Ultimately if he has said things which are offensive then he will be fired.

You’d like to think so but sadly that’s not always the case. For example, I don’t think Barrow took any action against Mark Cooper for his sexist comments, at least not publicly.

I mean, it's probably worth waiting to pass judgement until we find out what sort of thing he actually said. Obviously the porn film comment is hilarious, but it also doesn't come under "discriminatory language and behaviour" - that's gonna be your -isms
