Trouble for Swansea Supporters Trust brewing?

Even holding a minority shareholding with a place on the board might not give supporters the say they desire. It seems to me that the Supporters Trust shareholding, and therefore influence could be diluted. I guess the answer to them from the other investors would be to come up with more money to invest themselves to convert into shares.

Another example of a hybrid ownership model "ŕunning into the buffers". As I understand it their Trust was in a minority partnership with local business men who were long time fans of the Club. Having reached the Premiership, those business men succumbed to cashing in when American dollars came calling, and the new owner had no interest in allowing a minor shareholder to hinder or effect his governance or control of the club. There has been an uneasy truce since, but maybe the chickens are coming home to roost now. A salutary lesson that we should never give up our majority share holding !
