Bury, Bolton, Macclesfield, Northampton and now this week Southend United reportable behind on paying Decembers wage bill and today Derby County charged by the EFL for exceeding losses last season...no doubt there’ll be more to come. In an attempt to keep up maybe little snippets of news could go on here.

The trouble is that the greed goes even further than the Premier League all the way to FIFA and UEFA. FIFA with their ridiculous World Club Tournament, and UEFA with their latest plans to expand the Champions league. There is absolutely no thought to the trickle down effect.

The latest proposals to increase the number of games in the Champions League from 13-17 sees the pressure on the FA to scrap FA Cup replays from the 3rd Round onwards to free up more mid week nights. Never mind the loss of revenue for the smaller clubs that get through to those stages, nor too the effect on attendances at League or non league games having to compete against the televised matches. Football is being destroyed to allow the very richest to get even richer and bugger anyone else !

Derby in trouble over excessive spending.
You never know we could be playing them in L1 next season if they get hit with a similar points deduction as Birmingham...Rooney...Rooney.

All over some scam to do with the sale of the stadium which the chairman calls “allowable”

Derby also had a rather questionable scouting agreement in place with a company called Claire Ince Promotions which happened to coincide with when they signed her son, Tom.
