We can agree to disagree .
Niskanen played 100% the whole game .
Carroll was great in the second half but not too much in the first .
Both a good games but Niskanen was the best as his work ethic was unbelievable.

No one made the team of the week. Thought our defenders deserved a spot.

A completely left field thought. Whatever the game was like last night (and let's face it there are pages of points of view) I thought how much I'd miss Division One football if we weren't able to attract crowds like the one last night. Thought the Pompey fans played their part (that bl**dy bell) but it was great to see a crammed SJP. I remember playing Salford two seasons ago, and the contrast was immense - you could cite other teams in Division Two with the same sort of dismal away support. Another excellent reason to do everything that is possible to maintain our League One status.

Pompey were poor because we outplayed them with our new system playing 4 at the back and playing more compact , closing all the gaps .
We played extraordinary last night .
We played like lions .
It’s was a very good defensive performance.
extraordinary….i’ve watched a lot of football and that was a long way from extraordinary.

them playing poorly had as much to do with the result as us doing ok.

they was under par , we was probably at amount our maximum based on the current squad and that swung the game to end in a draw….

if they had turned it on the would of beaten us comfortably like many other sides have.

You’re too negative man .
Portsmouth had zero answer because of our brilliant defensive play.
To me , it was a magnificent performance full of grit, hard work , desire and determination.

your too enthusiastic - so why don’t we meet in the middle and agree it was a good point against below par opposition on the day

also how have you given our keeper a 9.5 rating when i think he had 1-2 saves in the whole game.
