On Saturday we was crying out for a Matt Taylor type or a James Dunne type....

Just a shame that after the Red Legions hard efforts, that the only view of their excellent DEVON IS RED AND WHITE banner, was a back one from the top of the Big Bank. The 360 view of the game

James Dunne is exactly what was required on Saturday. Spot on.On Saturday we was crying out for a Matt Taylor type or a James Dunne type....

Agreed but think back have we had anyone in midfield apart from possibly Noble in the last two or three seasons who does for want of a better word get stuck in.James Dunne is exactly what was required on Saturday. Spot on.
Been saying it for ages, Harley, James, Noble, Oakley, they're all the same type of midfielder. Not naturally defensively minded, not 'natural tacklers'. It's all about nice simple passes (on a good day) There's no variety and no protection for the defence. It's beyond glaring yet it goes on.Agreed but think back have we had anyone in midfield apart from possibly Noble in the last two or three seasons who does for want of a better word get stuck in.
It was only after Noble came back from injury last season we started doing better. Then Tisdale thanks him by not giving him a new contract.Agreed but think back have we had anyone in midfield apart from possibly Noble in the last two or three seasons who does for want of a better word get stuck in.
No. Tisdale is obsessed with what we do when we have the ball and doesn't give a flying ****e about what we do when we haven't.Agreed but think back have we had anyone in midfield apart from possibly Noble in the last two or three seasons who does for want of a better word get stuck in.
