On reflection I think we'd have had a better chance if they didn't have a player sent off. As it was after the sending off they immediately settled for a draw pulled everyone back and didn't realistically attempt to score. We rely on absorbing attacks and breaking fast from the halfway line, little chance of that if the oppos seldom cross it! If only we didn't seem to rely on being sh*t first half and actually tried to press them early then who knows what might have happened, we might have actually got an early goal. Then Hartlepool would have to come at us and we might have prospered as the game opened up no matter how many players they had.
