Yep was OK from a goal down and other results not too bad although automatics are looking a bit distant now... We have suddenly become the draw specialists then!

Well we got a point, but I felt we were a bit sloppy today. Nearly always second to the loose balls, too many passes going astray. A couple of our better players not at the races. I think it was a missed opportunity, looking at other results today.

A point more than we had before against a team that has won 4 in a row(?).2 matches unbeaten is how we should be looking at it.

Settle for a point, poor 1st half and Stevenage knocked it around well.better after the break and we could have won it,but we never really got going.lloyd James was off the pace and bobbys kicking was nothing short of woeful.last season we probably would have lost that one,but other results went with us and we are still in the mix with a lot of games to play.

A fair result against an impressive Stevenage side, who's no 7 was quality. We showed good character to get back into the match. We would have definitely lost that game earlier in the season.

Jack Stacey deservedly got man of the match, Olejnik's distribution was poor, Harley was off his game, Lloyd James was terrible, and the less said about the ref the better. He was really poor, awarding free kicks to both sides for next to nothing and missing glaring fouls for both sides, as well as getting in the way on numerous occasions.

Reids goal was handball but who cares.

2 Points from a possible 9 is how I am looking at it.
Not good enough.

After a truly lamentable first half in which midfield was completely anonymous the second half was better (but not good). The first half demonstrated how reliant we've become of having Jake Taylor as a pivot in the middle of the park. At times in the first half there was a yawning chasm that called for someone to tackle and steady the side. This was compounded by Lloyd James having a real off day (note to him: we were red and white) and Olejnik showing signs of rustiness. Stevenage were quick on the break, and though they lacked a killer punch in the first half could comfortably claim that they had the better of it. The second half was a better performance, but still not great; we were porous in midfield and failed to support each other going forward. I'm sorry to say that Reuben's goal looked very suspicious to me (a hand I imagine), but the team weathered the storm and were still pressing forward at the end. I'd like to have seen Ethan Ampadu in action to shore up midfield so that we might have been able to make more of the number of corners that we had. Don't start me on the ref.! He was dire, missing fouls by both sides, not allowing advantage, whilst being pernickity about where throws and free kicks were taken from. He also seemed grossly unfit, and kept on getting hit by the ball.
Overall? A lucky point. Jack Stacey MoM Hmm! Put it down as an off day, and they'll need to be in better form next week, hopefully with the return of Jake Taylor.

The lino on the Flybe (whatever) side missed numerous Stevenage handballs, so missing Reuben's was no surprise.
