He's been recalled from his loan at Weymouth according to the dorset echo. Apparently the club want to loan him out to a club at a lower level so he can get regular football.

he's heading for a record number of clubs played for in the first half of the season -Saltash,ECFC,Weymouth and now someone else!

In the last few seasons we have managed to get our youngsters on the best pathway for their development by placing them with the appropriate club at the right step in the pyramid. This season both Ed James and Nelson Iseguan appear to have gone away from the tried and tested route of incremental steps up the pyramid. Nelson being asked to move from a relatively stop start loan at Tiverton to then be expected to jump two leagues up to Torquay has had an adverse affect on his development. Ed James again being expected to jump from Saltash in the Western League to Weymouth in Conf South was three leagues in one step. Perhaps in our move up the leagues ourselves are we expecting too much too soon with our young players?

Maybe, but I suppose it’s because we’re in League One as you say that our young player’s loans probably need to at a higher level to get them ready to be selectable for the first team.
