110 for 4. Good start today, but Jack just out for 26.
Jack did his job.

Cidermen 305 for 8 at tea. Batting points! (y) I see that the Leics attack includes a Mike and a Parkinson.

3 of the feckers. Rare in the Somerset points bag so far this year.

Love the name Ben Mike.

Cidermen need to win this game as Leics are nailed on to be the whipping boys of this Group and their bowling is very ordinary indeed.

Innings closes at 318. Another useful innings from Davies, but no late hitting this time from de Lange.

Early wicket. Leics 51 for 4.
Their middle order digging in though.
If Somerset contrive to lose this they may not have been robbed, but definitely "Swindelled"

Jamie not injured Al. Yet another baffling selection and as you describe, another wretched performance. Expect Middlesex to pile the runs on today and the game to be over soon after tea tomorrow
Middlesex did not pile on that many runs but did not need to. Another abject Sorry batting “performance” and it’s all over before lunch rather than soon after tea.

What on earth is going on ?
