Yes, they'd be a better fit at this time IMO, unless Robson remains in the England reckoning come the summer in which case we'd be a bit short up top with Buck and No Pants no longer on the scene.

While reports have said about the affinity he may have with Lord's, I'm led to believe it's not entirely reciprocated.

Well that shows what I know. Compton has signed a 3-year deal with the Middle. I wish him well back at Lord's even if I wasn't particularly sad to see him go the first time.
