Laranjeiras Stadium only has a capacity of 8,000 nowadays according to the interweb. Not enough for Grecian Jay's friends all to get in... ;)
Got more on that just on Facebook JW. (y)

pride of devon, EXETER!
I'd like to know who's paying for all this? I Would prefer to have curo on our books this season then play a game in brazil which will attract less than a Tiverton town pre season friendly!

Fantastic news for the club imho. If marketed properly we could make a few bob out of this. Wonder if any tv companies will be interested in covering the fixture?

All exes paid, isn't it? That was certainly the proviso.

Who is going to stump up the money? No reason for Fluminense to do this, so the only other possibility is a major multinational seeing it as a commercial sponsorship opportunity. I think JT referring to financial elements of the trip still to be finalised, suggests that it's not tied up yet..
