Absolutely. I've spent years watching City (with a generally porous defence) play against teams with a big unit at the back who won everything in the air and thought 'I wish we had someone that solid in our side'.

No, we are mid table because we’ve got more points. Why does everyone continually think games in hand equals points each time? Carlisle have won four games all season - they could have ten games in hand over us bu5 they still won’t catch us because those ten games will probably yield four or five points at best and a minus fifteen goal difference.

Games in hand are only worth anything if you’ve got a chance of winning them.
