We await a new time, but will be delayed to avoid the funeral of HRH Prince Philip.
Do see the point tbh. Flown with him (Them) countless times - great guy; wicked sense of humour. Respect your opinion, but listen to some of the comments on the (admittedly saturated) telly by the many who did know him ..... they can't be all wrong. Why? Is the funeral at SJP?
Don't see the point tbh. Without wanting to be disrespectful, some of us are more interested in watching a game of football than the funeral of a man we don't know or have never met.
By all means have the funeral and televise it and anyone who wants to watch the funeral can watch it. Absolutely no problem. Just don't stop the world (and move football kick off times) just because a man (sadly) has died. Some of us want to watch the footy and not the funeral.Do see the point tbh. Exactly Lego, it is not as if it is .the mahoosive spectacle of a State Funeral , it's a small gathering limited to 30 attendees in a private chapel. Provide TV coverage for those who wish to view, but stop the BBC from showing it on more than a single channel, or otherwise they will even be cancelling Match of the Day FFS !By all means have the funeral and televise it and anyone who wants to watch the funeral can watch it.
