Watching and listening on ifollow where it is just a solo commentator who is doing an excellent job seemingly acting as a Radio Devon reporter would act when covering City.

Out of interest I decided to also check out the Radio Devon commentary on DAB and found that was indeed as advertised the Radio Cumbria commentary with the usual duo setup.
