I trust everyone who has not recieved the voting papers have checked their details on the trust website? Exactly the same thing may happen with snail mail?

Incidentally, do the trust request receipts from emails?

I received an email from the Trust re-welcoming me as a member last month (I renew automatically each year) so they obviously have my details but haven’t received anything to do with the elections

That would be the thing to do, unless you receive other trust emails. Regarding your second point, it's highly likely that people change email addresses more often than they move house!

Received the first run invitation and invitation to second hustings, not had anything since. Assuming that ECFCST haven't kept up to date with the latest email requirements to be able to send out mass emails. You pretty much rely on email verification now to have any hope of outbound emails working.
